At the June meeting there was a vote to accept a new constitution including a change of name to Kettering Community Association (formerly Kettering and Oyster Cove Residents).

All present were in favour. There were twelve proxy votes, ten in favour and two against. The new constitution was therefore accepted.

In a vote seeking support to incorporate the association all those present were in favour, with ten proxy votes for, and two against.

It was agreed that the new constitution would be adopted immediately and that process of incorporation would be instigated following the election of office bearers at the August AGM.
